ORA Workpapers: Net Energy Metering

This page provides workpapers, supporting data, tables, and Public Tool simulations to support ORA’s written Testimony on the basis for ORA’s proposed Net Energy Metering (NEM) Installed Capacity Fee filed with the CPUC on September 21, 2015.

The Public Tool is a spreadsheet model developed by the CPUC for the purpose of evaluating different tariff and rate design alternatives for the Net Energy Metering – or NEM - successor tariff proceeding.
